Tom Waldrep has served as Chapter 11 trustee in complex healthcare cases and the firm’s attorneys have served as lead counsel and special counsel for receivers and trustees of insolvent healthcare entities. Our attorneys also have significant experience in transactions involving distressed healthcare assets, both inside and outside of bankruptcy proceedings. We regularly represent lenders, private equity groups, financial institutions, asset acquirers, and sellers in buying, selling, and managing distressed healthcare assets, particularly in the Southeast.
