Mediation

Many courts in North Carolina, including federal and state courts, require parties to participate in mediation during the litigation process. Mediation involves the parties engaging in formal and informal discussions to resolve disputes in advance of court hearings or trials.

Attorneys at Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC have been selected on numerous occasions by Courts and our peers to serve as a Mediator, particularly in complex bankruptcy disputes.

In addition to serving as a Mediator, attorneys at our firm regularly represent clients as parties in the mediation process. This representation recognizes the time and expense associated with litigation and involves creative analysis in seeking amicable resolutions.
