Chris is a partner at Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC bringing with him a strong background in business and appellate litigation.
Chris completed his undergraduate work at Duke University and earned his JD at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude, where he was the Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Chris also served as Judicial Law Clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, under The Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter.
Prior to joining our firm, Chris practiced at Chris Haaf Law PLLC, a firm he started in 2020. Before that, Chris was a Senior Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm.
In addition to being admitted in North Carolina, Chris is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina; U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eleventh, and Federal Circuits; and U.S. Supreme Court.
