Peyton joined Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey, PLLC in 2024 as an Associate and is part of the firm’s healthcare and litigation teams. Prior to joining WWBB, Peyton first practiced as an Associate with Coffey Law, PLLC, and then as the Litigation Attorney for Lewis & Keller, Attorneys at Law. Her practice has focused on litigation and medical malpractice defense. She has also provided representation to healthcare professionals in licensing board matters.
Peyton attended Appalachian State University, where she earned High Honors in the Department of Government and Justice Studies and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Legal Studies. While attending Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, she served as a project coordinator for the Campbell Law Pro Bono Council. She attended the Baylor Academy of the Advocate in St. Andrews, Scotland during her 3L year, where she won the School of the Trial Competition. Peyton was a member of the Campbell Law Mock Trial Team and was named the top-ranking trial team advocate in her final semester. Upon graduation, she received the Order of Old Kivett Award for excellence in advocacy.
